Jobnet Multi-Purpose Cooperative (“JMPC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the JMPC HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) web application at jobnetmpc.com and the JMPC HRMIS mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). 4. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously:

• All data is stored on Google Firebase cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
• We use Firebase App Check to protect our backend resources from abuse and unauthorized access.
• Authentication is secured through Firebase Authentication with encrypted credentials.
• Access to employee data is restricted to authorized HR personnel and management based on role-based access controls.
• Files and documents are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with access rules.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase (Google LLC) for hosting, database, authentication, and storage services. Google’s privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by Philippine law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Government Agencies: As required for compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and DOLE reporting requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are employed by or affiliated with Jobnet Multi-Purpose Cooperative. After separation from the cooperative, we retain records as required by Philippine labor laws and regulations (typically a minimum of three years). Upon expiration of the retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
